How to Shop the Spring/Summer Sales
We know how fast fashion moves. It's about that time to clear out the Spring/Summer season stock and prepare for Autumn/Winter pieces. Many sites will be doing their sales and our favorite Zara, started a day earlier this year. I will be sharing some tips on how to shop and get the best deals out of the sales. And also sharing some of my favorite finds from each site.
1. Shop "winter" items.
Spring season pieces include jackets, knitwear, and boots. They usually will appear on sites during February, March, and April while its still cold in some regions. These are the oldest in stock, so the price drop is larger than the newer pieces.2. Shop by percentage off.
Some sites will allow you to sort items by the discount. This helps a lot! And lets be honest, 20% is okay, but 30% is better!3. Just because there is a "sale price" doesn't mean there is much off.
You have to beware of this. Some items can be retailed at $79.00 and on sale for $69.99. This is only a $10 difference, 13% off. That's not a deal. So pay attention.4. This is the time to accessorize.
I find this the best time to shop accessories! I personally am not buying a bag that is over $50 unless I'm absolutely crazy about it. Bags, jewelry, belts and all are usually on a good deal during these sales.MANGO
