Clashes In Cuba: Clover Canyon 2014 Resort S/S

Roses, Cigars And Eccentrics, Oh My. This Clover Canyon Collection For Next Spring/Summer Is One To Gawk At. These Details Are Beyond Realistic. Designer Roze Nichols Is The Head Behind This Collection With A Group Of People On The Project With Her. Every Collection Shes Inspired By A Place And/Or Time, Her And Her Team Then Put Prints, Objects And All Together to Bring That Place, To Life And To Fashion. If You Didnt Guess, Which Surprising I Did Before I Even Looked Up More Info On This Collection, The Inspiration Is Cuba.
The First Ensemble To The Left, A Bomber Jacket And Cropped Jogger Pant, Has About 6 Different Patterns To It, Including Color Block And Aztec Print (Shown In The Detail Circles). To The Right, A Fitted To Flare  Dress. The Center Palm Tree Graphic Is Surrounded By Peruvian And Chocolate Brown Patterns That Gives An Earthy Feel.
Can We Just Applaud The Look To The Right? This Is the Look That Made Me HAVE To Write About This Collection. The Cigars (Top Detail Circle) Make You Look Twice And Definitely Says Cuba. Also Some Hawaiian Floral Print, And Checkerboard Are In The Two Pieces, Almost Giving A Nineties Feel. The Tropical Flowers Collaged Over Prints Are Refreshing, Making Me Want Spring Back As They Leave.

On Clover Canyon's Blog There Was An Image For Inspiration Of The Collection, Which Was Printed On A Shirt for this Collection (Look At The 4th Look Above).
